Delete your Pazarcık account

This page belongs to the app Pazarcık (package com.pazarcik.app), published by Pazarcik Hub Ltd. It describes how to have your account and the associated data deleted, and what happens to which data in the process.

How to delete your account

In the app — instantly and without further review

1. Open Pazarcık and sign in.

2. Tap Profile at the bottom right.

3. Tap the gear icon at the top right (Settings).

4. Scroll all the way down to Delete account.

5. Confirm the security prompt.

Deletion happens immediately. There is no waiting period and no confirmation from us — once you confirm, access is gone.

Without the app — by email

If you no longer have the app installed or can no longer sign in, email us at support@pazarcik.app from the email address your account was created with. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm it to you.

If your account was created via Google or Apple and we have no address on file, please tell us your display name and, if possible, the title of one of your listings — this lets us match it.

What gets deleted

• Your access and profile: name, email address, phone number, profile picture, company details, languages, average rating

• All images you uploaded — profile picture, listing photos, images sent in chat

• Your chats including all messages. They also disappear for the other person

• Favorites and saved searches

• Blocks you set and reports you submitted

• Your Para balance and its history

• Your price offers and purchase transactions

• Your device identifiers for push notifications

What is retained — and why

Your listings remain as a data record, but without any link to you: the connection to your account is removed, the photos are deleted, and the entry is marked as “deleted”. It can no longer be found in the app. We keep the row so that purchase transactions and reports by other users remain traceable.

Reviews you wrote or received remain as text — likewise without any link to your account. Otherwise, other users’ rating history would be retroactively distorted.

Both are anonymous after deletion: it is no longer possible to infer from this data that it belonged to you.

Retention periods

The image files are removed in a cleanup run. This usually takes minutes, up to 24 hours in case of an error.

Purchase receipts and billing data are held by Google Play or Apple, not by us. Their retention is governed by the respective provider’s terms.

The daily backups of our database are overwritten after seven days. Until then, a deleted record may still be contained in a backup; it will not be restored.
