1. Who we are
Pazarcık is a classifieds marketplace for Northern Cyprus. We bring buyers and sellers together. Any contract for goods or services is concluded solely between the users — we are neither the seller nor a party to the contract, we do not hold any money, and we do not act as an escrow agent.

2. Your consent
By tapping “Agree and continue” you accept these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. Without this consent you cannot use Pazarcık. Until you have agreed, no sign-in is started and no account is created — not with Apple or Google either.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Your details must be truthful, and your login belongs to you alone. To post your own listings and send messages, we verify your phone number by SMS. In guest mode you can browse without creating a profile.
4. Your content
You are responsible for everything you post — text, images, prices, messages. You warrant that you hold the necessary rights. You allow us to display your content in the app and in the preview of shared links for as long as your listing is online. The rights remain yours.
5. Zero tolerance for offensive content and abusive users
We do not tolerate offensive content or abusive users. The following are prohibited in particular:
insults, threats, harassment and hate speech
sexual content, nudity and anything that endangers minors
fraud, advance-payment scams, fake listings and stolen goods
weapons, drugs, medicines, live animals traded unlawfully and any other offerings prohibited by law
other people’s photos, other people’s trademarks and content you hold no rights to
harassment in chat, bulk promotional messages and circumventing a ban
Anyone who breaks these rules loses the listing, and in repeated or serious cases the account — with no refund for services already purchased.
6. Reporting, blocking and what we do
Every listing and every chat has a report function. You can block users you no longer want to hear from; you will then see neither their listings nor their messages.
We review every report and remove the reported content or ban the users responsible within 24 hours of receiving the report. Where there is reasonable suspicion, we ban first and review afterwards.
7. Paid features
Pazarcık is free to use. In addition, there is Pazarcık Para (credit for boosts) as well as Premium and Business subscriptions. Purchases and renewals run through your App Store account, where you also manage and cancel a subscription. Apple’s standard terms of use apply to subscriptions in addition. Purchased credit is not exchanged back into money.
For features purchased through the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies in addition: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ — where it conflicts with these terms, it prevails for the purchase itself.
8. Suspension and termination
You can delete your account at any time in the settings. We may suspend or delete an account if these terms are breached or if there are reasonable grounds to fear abuse.
9. Liability
We provide the marketplace but do not review every listing in advance. We are not liable for other users’ offerings, statements or conduct. We are liable for damages only in cases of intent and gross negligence, and for the breach of essential contractual obligations; liability under mandatory law remains unaffected.
10. Changes
If we make material changes to these terms, we will show them to you again the next time you start the app and ask for your consent once more.
11. Governing law and contact
The law of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus applies. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
